After ordering, then having to return a vanity from another manufacturer due to substandard quality, we selected the Camelot Warm Cherry Vanity with Mirror & Bench. [...] I only needed help one time, in lifting the main unit, otherwise, this is a single person job. It took about 90 minutes from start to finish, and that's with small breaks. There are instructions, but besides just checking the inventory of nuts and bolds, and referring to it briefly a few times, the installation was very straightforward.The fit and finish of this piece is very professional. It is hard to see in the online photos, but the quality is great. Every piece fits together very well. Everything is high quality.There were some nice surprises. The drawers, while not on rollers, work very well. The three small drawers (the middle drawer and the top side drawers) are lined with felt.All in all, a great vanity.

The Powell Warm Cherry Vanity has turned out to be a good purchase, though I had some concerns before and after buying it. Thanks to another online poster, I discovered the actual color of the furniture to be more red than brown. Fortunately this blends with the rest of the bedroom furniture, but I had to call another e-tailer who had displayed two pictures of the furniture to understand which was the more accurate. Also, again thanks to another online poster, as a long-legged woman I was reassured that my legs would have adequate room under the vanity, and they do. What I did not anticipate, and want to share with those interested in buying this set, is that the tri-fold mirror is not very high, the result being that I could not see myself in either the left or right panels. To remedy the situation I moved up the mirror which attaches to the back, and this gerry rigging has resolved the situation. Overall, given the bargin that this set is, the quality, the center drawer (that allows for an acrylic make up holder under 2" high), and stool do the trick. This is my second Powell purchase and I've been pretty pleased with both.
